        "rendered": "<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cadre de la Phase 2 du projet GRAIN, le GRAIN Network publie une s\u00e9rie de quatre fiches pays consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence artificielle (IA) inclusive et responsable au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, au B\u00e9nin, en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire et au Burkina Faso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces fiches sont tir\u00e9es du rapport intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Intelligence artificielle inclusive et responsable en Afrique de l\u2019Ouest : Analyse comparative des cadres politiques, juridiques et institutionnels au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, au B\u00e9nin, en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire et au Burkina Faso \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le rapport analyse les cadres de gouvernance de l\u2019IA dans les quatre pays, avec une attention particuli\u00e8re port\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration des principes de Genre, \u00c9galit\u00e9, Diversit\u00e9 et Inclusion (GEDI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des avanc\u00e9es, mais des d\u00e9fis persistants<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019analyse met en \u00e9vidence des niveaux d\u2019avancement diff\u00e9renci\u00e9s. Si trois des quatre pays disposent de strat\u00e9gies nationales d\u2019IA relativement structur\u00e9es, leur mise en \u0153uvre et leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 int\u00e9grer les enjeux d\u2019inclusion restent in\u00e9gales. Le Burkina Faso, quant \u00e0 lui, ne dispose pas encore d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie nationale d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au-del\u00e0 des diff\u00e9rences nationales, plusieurs d\u00e9fis communs sont identifi\u00e9s : une prise en compte encore limit\u00e9e des principes GEDI dans les politiques d\u2019IA, des cadres juridiques et \u00e9thiques sp\u00e9cifiques encore insuffisants, ainsi que des capacit\u00e9s institutionnelles et techniques \u00e0 renforcer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le rapport souligne \u00e9galement la faible repr\u00e9sentation des femmes et des groupes sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans les espaces de gouvernance de l\u2019IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des opportunit\u00e9s pour une IA plus inclusive<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00e9tude identifie toutefois plusieurs secteurs dans lesquels l\u2019IA pourrait contribuer \u00e0 une croissance plus inclusive, notamment l\u2019agriculture, l\u2019\u00e9ducation et les technologies li\u00e9es aux langues locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour que ces opportunit\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des populations, le rapport recommande notamment de renforcer les cadres strat\u00e9giques et r\u00e9glementaires, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la gouvernance des donn\u00e9es, de pr\u00e9venir les biais algorithmiques et d\u2019investir davantage dans le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, en particulier au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des femmes et des groupes marginalis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>D\u00e9couvrez les fiches pays<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les quatre fiches proposent une lecture synth\u00e9tique des principaux r\u00e9sultats du rapport pour chaque pays.
