        "rendered": "<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 5 et 6 juin 2025 \u00e0 Abidjan, sous le Haut patronage de la Premi\u00e8re Dame Dominique Ouattara, a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9 ADWIN (African and African Descendant Women Impact Network), la premi\u00e8re plateforme mondiale reposant sur l\u2019intelligence artificielle d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019autonomisation d\u2019un million de femmes africaines et descendants d\u2019ici 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien plus qu\u2019un r\u00e9seau traditionnel, ADWIN se pr\u00e9sente comme un mouvement global visant \u00e0 unir les femmes autour d\u2019une vision \u00e9quitable. Initi\u00e9e par \u00c9lisabeth Moreno \u2013 ancienne ministre fran\u00e7aise de l\u2019\u00c9galit\u00e9 femmes-hommes \u2013 aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de personnalit\u00e9s telles que Prescillia Avenel-Delpha et Euphrasie Kouassi Yao, conseill\u00e8re du Premier ministre ivoirien, la plateforme b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie \u00e9galement du soutien des Premi\u00e8res Dames du Cap\u2011Vert et du Congo-Brazzaville.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fond\u00e9e sur cinq piliers, ADWIN int\u00e8gre de puissantes composantes IA pour chaque domaine. Win Skills propose un apprentissage personnalis\u00e9 adapt\u00e9 aux aspirations des utilisatrices. Win Confidence encourage le mentorat gr\u00e2ce au jumelage de leaders exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es avec de jeunes talents. La prochaine \u00e9tape sera le lancement de Win Capital, un agent intelligent con\u00e7u pour d\u00e9tecter des opportunit\u00e9s de financement. \u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoutent Win Well, pour le bien-\u00eatre holistique, et enfin Win Heritage, un programme consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la valorisation de l\u2019h\u00e9ritage culturel africain via des donn\u00e9es non biais\u00e9es \u2013 ce dernier \u00e9tant qualifi\u00e9 de \u00ab pilier le plus important \u00bb selon Morad el Mezyani, expert IA du projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le besoin de telles initiatives est criant : malgr\u00e9 un taux d\u2019entrepreneuriat f\u00e9minin \u00e9lev\u00e9 (26\u202f%), moins de 1\u202f% des financements mondiaux de capital-risque atteint les entrepreneures noires, avec un \u00e9cart salarial estim\u00e9 \u00e0 30\u202f% et un taux de mortalit\u00e9 maternelle atteignant 542 pour 100\u202f000 naissances .
