        "rendered": "<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IPAR poursuit la mise en \u0153uvre du projet DUA dans les pays pilotes. Apr\u00e8s le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, le Burkina (CEDRES) et le B\u00e9nin (ACED), IPAR en collaboration avec le CIRES (Centre ivoirien des Recherches \u00c9conomiques et Sociales) organise du 21 au 24 juin un atelier de formation des enqu\u00eateurs pour l\u2019\u00e9tude sur le niveau de d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019Intelligence artificielle en C\u00f4te d\u2019ivoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif global de cet atelier est de former les enqu\u00eateurs sur les outils de collecte des donn\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s des acteurs et potentiels acteurs de l\u2019intelligence artificielle (IA) en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De fa\u00e7on sp\u00e9cifique, il s\u2019agit entre autres de pr\u00e9senter les aspects m\u00e9thodologiques de l\u2019enqu\u00eate DUA (objectifs, populations cibles, strat\u00e9gie de collecte, etc.), d\u2019\u00e9changer de fa\u00e7on d\u00e9taill\u00e9e sur le questionnaire avec les agents de collecte de donn\u00e9es pour  une bonne appropriation des aspects m\u00e9thodologiques de l\u2019enqu\u00eate et de la strat\u00e9gie de collecte des donn\u00e9es et, de recueillir les observations pour am\u00e9liorer les outils de collecte de donn\u00e9es (questionnaire et applications de collecte). Enfin, cet atelier permet de pr\u00e9-valider la cartographie des acteurs et des potentiels acteurs de l\u2019IA en C\u00f4te d\u2019ivoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rappel, le projet DUA vise \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des connaissances sur les cadres politiques, juridiques, institutionnels et \u00e9thiques en lien avec l\u2019IA dans les pays d\u2019Afrique francophone afin d\u2019informer les politiques et les strat\u00e9gies pour une IA responsable. Il cherche donc \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux questions suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Comment les dispositions politiques, juridiques, institutionnelles et \u00e9thiques actuelles prennent-elles en charge l\u2019\u00e9mergence de nouvelles technologies telles que l\u2019IA ? Quelles sont les insuffisances not\u00e9es ? Comment ces cadres peuvent \u00eatre modernis\u00e9s pour une IA responsable ?<\/li><li>Quel est le niveau d\u2019applications de l\u2019IA ? Dans quels secteurs et domaines ? Quels sont les capacit\u00e9s techniques existantes et les besoins en formation ?<\/li><li>Quelles sont les conditions requises pour la mise en place d\u2019un cadre inclusif et durable en particulier pour l\u2019inclusion et\/ou l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 de genre, pour une promotion et une utilisation responsable de l\u2019intelligence artificielle ?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ces questions n\u00e9cessite la r\u00e9alisation de plusieurs activit\u00e9s notamment des enqu\u00eates aupr\u00e8s des acteurs (actifs dans l\u2019IA) et potentiels acteurs (pas encore actifs dans l\u2019IA) de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique dans la zone d\u2019intervention du projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formation des enqu\u00eateurs est assur\u00e9e par M.
