        "rendered": "<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019IPAR a particip\u00e9, lundi 15 mai 2023 \u00e0 Saly, \u00e0 un &#8220;panel d\u2019experts sur l&#8217;intelligence artificielle comme levier de d\u00e9veloppement en Afrique&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Organis\u00e9 par L\u2019UNICEF, ce panel avait pour but d&#8217;approfondir la r\u00e9flexion sur la recherche et les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans l&#8217;utilisation des nouvelles technologies dans la r\u00e9gion et la fa\u00e7on d&#8217;en faire des leviers pour un d\u00e9veloppement durable et inclusif en Afrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019IPAR, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par Mme Seynabou Sall, experte en donn\u00e9es et charg\u00e9e de projet et Mme Tabara Korka Ndiaye, Assistante de recherche dans le cadre du projet GRAIN (Gender and Responsible Artificiel Intelligence Network), a fait une communication sur &#8220;l&#8217;IA responsable et son utilisation responsable pour s\u2019assurer qu\u2019elle n&#8217;augmente pas le foss\u00e9 entre les hommes et les femmes et la fracture num\u00e9rique, mais qu&#8217;elle devienne plut\u00f4t un outil d&#8217;inclusion en Afrique&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;intervention de l&#8217;IPAR a \u00e9galement port\u00e9 sur les questions de gouvernance et de plaidoyer en faveur des politiques et r\u00e9glementations sur lesquels l&#8217;UNICEF et les acteurs du d\u00e9veloppement pourraient contribuer pour que les droits des enfants africains soient pris en compte dans le domaine des technologies num\u00e9riques et \u00e9mergentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La question de l\u2019importance des partenariats avec des instituts de recherche (tels que IPAR) pour promouvoir la recherche et l\u2019innovation autour des questions
