Le Think Tank IPAR sera repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 lors de la conf\u00e9rence AfricAI (12-14 juin 2023) par une forte d\u00e9l\u00e9gation compos\u00e9e de Dr Laure Tall directrice de Recherche de l\u2019institution, de la coordinatrice du projet GRAIN, Tabara Korka Ndiaye ainsi que de Cheikh Faye coordonnateur du projet DUA. Ils participeront et animeront les activit\u00e9s suivantes<\/p>\n

  1. Panel : Enjeux politiques de l\u2019IA en Afrique \u2013 Booster l\u2019engagement des d\u00e9cideurs africains:\u00a0<\/strong>Afin de replacer l\u2019Intelligence Artificielle (IA) en Afrique au c\u0153ur des discussions transversales aux questions de d\u00e9veloppement, et soutenir un changement politique, l\u2019implication et l\u2019engagement des d\u00e9cideurs doivent \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9s en mettant en lumi\u00e8re l\u2019importance de l\u2019IA au quotidien et les enjeux li\u00e9s \u00e0 cette th\u00e9matique.<\/li>\n
  2. Cartographie du paysage des r\u00e9seaux pour une IA responsable et l’\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes en Afrique subsaharienne:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Le r\u00e9seau Grain tiendra\u00a0 un atelier \u00a0interactif sur la cartographie du paysage des r\u00e9seaux pour une IA responsable et l’\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes en Afrique subsaharienne. Lors de cette rencontre , les participant.e.s partageront leurs activit\u00e9s de r\u00e9seautage actuelles et leurs connexions li\u00e9es \u00e0 l’IA responsable et \u00e0 l’\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes en Afrique subsaharienne ; identifieront les d\u00e9fis et les restrictions, et cartographieront en collaboration le paysage du r\u00e9seautage et du partage. L’atelier se terminera par l’identification commune de trois prochaines \u00e9tapes pour am\u00e9liorer le partage au sein de l’espace africain de l’IA responsable.<\/li>\n
  3. Panel: Dynamiques sous-r\u00e9gionales et continentales : Quels enjeux pour une IA responsable en Afrique ?\u00a0<\/strong>Ce panel permettra de discuter de certains pays francophones de l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Ouest avec une emphase sur les initiatives entreprises pour prendre en charge les enjeux, les d\u00e9fis et les processus en cours pour l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie au profit d\u2019un d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une IA responsable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
