{"id":18880,"date":"2023-08-24T16:21:13","date_gmt":"2023-08-24T14:21:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grain-africa.org\/?p=18880"},"modified":"2023-08-24T16:21:13","modified_gmt":"2023-08-24T14:21:13","slug":"lum6p-veut-autonomiser-les-femmes-africaines-dans-la-tech-et-lia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grain-africa.org\/en\/lum6p-veut-autonomiser-les-femmes-africaines-dans-la-tech-et-lia\/","title":{"rendered":"UM6P aims to empower African women in tech and AI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019Universit\u00e9 Polytechnique Mohammed VI du Maroc (UM6P) a lanc\u00e9 une \u00e9cole d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 novatrice visant \u00e0 autonomiser les femmes africaines dans les domaines de la technologie et de l\u2019intelligence artificielle (IA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Le programme \u00ab African Women in Tech &amp; AI \u00bb, fruit d\u2019une collaboration entre la Fondation OCP et le Centre de Mouvement de l\u2019IA de l\u2019UM6P, vise \u00e0 doter les participantes des connaissances, comp\u00e9tences et ressources n\u00e9cessaires pour exceller dans une \u00e9conomie mondiale num\u00e9ris\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Le programme comprend une phase de formation intensive ax\u00e9e sur le leadership f\u00e9minin, l\u2019application de l\u2019IA, la recherche de march\u00e9 et la gestion de projets. Les participantes perfectionneront leurs comp\u00e9tences gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des \u00e9tudes de cas, des ateliers interactifs et l\u2019\u00e9laboration de propositions de projets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La premi\u00e8re cohorte du programme est compos\u00e9e de 34 femmes de divers horizons de 11 pays africains. Ces participantes, comprenant des entrepreneures, des chercheuses, des ing\u00e9nieures et des professionnelles, sont d\u00e9sireuses d\u2019avoir un impact positif sur leurs communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La premi\u00e8re phase du programme comprenait des sessions de formation en ligne couvrant divers sujets li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019IA pendant 36 heures, y compris les sous-domaines de l\u2019IA, son adoption dans les entreprises et les mises en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussies en Afrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Le
