Artificial Intelligence Network (GRAIN) is extending its call for proposals on improving gender inclusion and equality through artificial intelligence in sub-Saharan Africa.\n\nThis call invites proposals that address development issues at the intersection of AI and gender.\n\nThe call is addressed to researchers and organisations working on cross-cutting issues around AI, gender and development.\n\nTo be eligible, an organisation must meet the following criteria:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Be an organization headquartered in sub-Saharan Africa ;<\/li>\n \t<li>Have a team with sufficient expertise or knowledge or both in AI, gender, and inclusion, or related fields;<\/li>\n \t<li>Have a multi-disciplinary team (preferred);<\/li>\n \t<li>Demonstrate experience working in English and\/or French.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe deadline for applications is extended to December 19th, 2022 at 11:59 PM GMT.
